I am a graduate of Texas A&M University (Class of '09 & '17). I have my Bachelor's in Kinesiology as well as my Master's in Public School Administration.

  • Composite Science
  • K-12 Physical Education

This is my ninth year in education, and my second year here at Red Oak School. I started my career at Bellville HS as a biology teacher and varsity assistant volleyball and softball coach. I spent the last five years with College Station ISD teaching biology, physics, and IPC, as well as coaching volleyball and softball.

Howdy! Although I love my job as a teacher, the greatest job of all is being a mommy. My world revolves around our charismatic, hard headed, almost 5 year old, Kynleigh Rhea Kidd. I may be biased but she is the coolest little girl that I know. I recently finished my Master's in Educational Administration and aspire to become a campus leader in the near future. Some other little facts about me:
  • I was born and raised in Brenham, Texas....home of Blue Bell Ice Cream (Yes it's back!!)
  • I was the pitcher in the 2005 State Softball Championship, which was now over a decade ago.
  • I originally went to Texas A&M to be a pediatrician.
  • I could live off of popcorn and anything wrapped in bacon.
  • I love to dance and sing, when no one else is watching...because apparently I am tone deaf and have zero rhythm.
